Will of Mary Cooper.
This is the last will and tesament of me Mary Cooper of Fawkham in the C ounty of Kent, Widow first and most rincipally surrender my poor and imm ortal Soul unto the Hands of Almighty God my Ceator and my body I submi t to this earth to be correct buried at the discretion of of my executor s herein after named and as for such worldy estate as it liath pleased G od to bless me with I give and dispose theror as follows that is to sa y first I order and direct thall such just debts as I shall owe at thi s time of my demise my funeral expenses, the Charges of proving this m y Will and all other incidental expenses shall be paid and satisfied b y my Executors with all speed after my demise. Also I give and bequeat h unto Thomas Cooper of Fawkham in the County of Kent, Labourer onehund red pounds also I give and bequeath unto Mary the wife of Samuel Smith o f Fawkham aforesaid labourer one hundred pounds, I also give and bqueat h unto Jeffrey Cooper of Hne in the said County onehundred pounds. I als o give unto Joyn Cooper of Fawkham in this said County farmer one hundre d pounds to be paid to them in the following amounts. First fifty pound s to each of the above four to be paid at the end of twelve months and o ne day and the other fifty pounds to be paid to them at the expiraton o f two whole years and two days after my demise. I also give and bequeat h unto Sarah the wife of John ? of Tooley Street, Borough Southward, Whi tsmith on shilling to be paidimmediatelyafter my demise. I also give an d bequeath all the rest or residut and remainder of my monies, securitie s for money Goods and Chattels Stock on the farm, Household goods, plate , linen, china and Effects of what nature kind or quality soever and whe rever subject to the payment of my debts and legacies I do hereby giv e unto my son William Cooper who now livews with me forever and I so her eby make... and appoint my two sons William Cooper and John Cooper of Fa wkham aforesaid farmers sole Executors of this my Will and lastly I do m ake void and revoke all former and other Wills made by me at anytime h eretofore made, this only to be my last Will and Testament by hereof th e said Mary Cooper the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament. .. in one list of paper and to this set my hand and affix my Seal thi s twentyfourth day of February and in the year of our lord onethousand e ight hundred and nine.
